My contract has currently expired and every time I think about renewing, the price is through the roof! They keep adding "Platinum" package and I don't think I should have to pay extra for good customer service or anything else... Any suggenstions would be helpful. We have the ultimate package with 3 STB's, multiroom DVR, phone, and 100 MPS internet.
