For what? Be more specifric.
You don't use the code to remotely schedule DVR. That is is you want to use app as remote.
For android (not sure if Ipad app is fully integrated like the Android one is)
You go in to setting and put your online account info.That will then allow you to bring up DVR controls for remote scheduling.
