Currently, my set top boxes are displayed in the wrong locations when I view them via the In Home Agent Software. I have tried numerous times to update/change the locations through the software function. No changes are reflected, the In Home Agent says it failed to update/change the location. In addition, the Verizon "Technical Service" website displays the wrong locations in my home for the set top boxes as well. There is no way to update/change via the website.
I have gone to each set top box to refresh and rename their locations as well via the settings remote function. Every method has been totally useless to make any changes whatsoever. Short of throwing everything out, any suggestions would be heartfully welcomed!
