Unable to redeem $100 Visa gift card

Hi,

This is really frustrating as I am unable to redeem the Visa giftcard. I have been trying the site and different browsers for past couple of months and the issue is not resolved. This is totally **bleep**. If someone has any solution, please let me know. It is hard to get a live agent either online or on Phone.
