Cannot Redeem FIOS Visa Award - Verizon https://vzrewards.verizon.com/ Not Working

I just signed up for FIOS and received a notice to go to https://vzrewards.verizon.com/ to enter more information to receive the Visa Gift Card I was promised. However, this link does not work so I am unable to register? What additional information does Verizon even need from me to process the gift card? They should have everything...rather confusing.

Totally **bleep**, super scam, make it so difficult to get the Visa card, you are basically working a full time job. They probably hope people will just give up
