I have been dealing withy this same issue for months. Were they ever able to resolve it? I am so fed up, I am redy to cancel my service.
unsubscribed error can sometimes be fixed with the in home agent.
try doing menu>cust support > in home agent > stb auto correct.
if that doesn't work then try rebooting your home router first, and then doing those steps again
