Maybe some one else has had a similar problem. I, like I'm sure many others, have been excited to sit down and watch The Dark Knight Rises for the first time at home. I started watching it and when around 45 minutes were left in the film, the sound started to cut out every few seconds, then it would start happeneing more and more, faster and faster, until the the final 30 minutes lost sound all together. It got too frustrating after trying to rewind, restart and fast foward as 2x speed (fast fowarding about 2 hours of the film mind you, this took FOREVER) and eventually fell asleep. After working until 5pm, I was excited to come home and try it again. Of course the problem persists, and I spent the last two hours trying to solve the problem again, and of course, my 24 hour rental ran up. So I have yet to see the last 30 minutes of this movie. I'm **bleep**.
