I cancelled my FiOS service in August 2015. Equipment was returned and received. I have had a credit on my account since August. I've used the chat function and have made several calls to Verizon asking about when I will be getting my refund with similar responses of 30 - 90 days, but have not received anything yet. My latest call was today and after being placed on hold for a while, my call was disconnected.
Can someone please help?
