How can I stop promotional emails from Verizon? I am tired of them bombarding me with their FIOS services which I don't want or need. I do not find their system user friendly. It's taken me 20 minutes to get to this point where I can pose my question and I must have been told at least 6 times to login. Their virtual assistant is non-functional and does not respond
