Dear Sir/Madam,
We watch very less TV using the HD STB and noticed the problem for the first time weekend, the STB didn't work at all. Not sure if this is the case all the time. The picture was blocky and audio was breaking and eventually we lost the audio completely and every time we rebooted the STB, the video comes for first few minutes and goes back to the same problematic state.
Most of the channels were showing they were not available.
We could see the TV using the analog adaptor in our old small TV. We believe the STB could be faulty.
