Ordered TNA PPV...notice pops up telling me to order it??!!

This is about the third time that we have ordered a PPV and this is the umpteenth time that a box has pop up, asking us to order the PPV....when we ALREADY DID!! This HAS to stop or we want our $34.95 back from this PPV. It has popped up four times within the past fifty minutes ALONE!! If this continues to happen, and is not taken care of, I will have to make a complaint with the CEO of Verizon.

Why would that have to do with my account? We were APPROVED for the purchase and since we make the payments...see where I'm going? We ordered it on SD and not HD. Plus, I'm not the only one with the problem. If you scroll through the posts, I believe somewhere in October or November...another member was having issues as well.
