Damaged Pedestal, broken door

This Verizon pedestal is a few years old and it has a broken door. Sometimes it seems to be locked, sometimes the door is open. The door is bent and maybe technicians try to lock it but it does not stay locked. It is located in Queen on 90th Ave between Parsons and 153rd St.
