Shared data on smartphone questions

I'm paying for 5GB of shared data for my smartphone. Does "shared" mean between smartphones or between smartphone & streaming data?

I'm paying for 5GB of data. I wonder how much data for streaming that I need to pay for. Obviously, I'll be watching TV for hours.

Do I pay separately for smartphone data & for streaming data?

The streaming boxes can be connected either wirelessly or thru Ethernet. WiFi is unlimited, right?
