Vz facilities and Pole removed - Lebanon PA

I need a contact to get Verizon wires(facilities) removed from a utility pole so I can have the pole removed from the property my business is on in Lebanon PA. Have already had other vendors remove their wires(facilities) but having problems finding a contact for Verizon.
