I have spent the entire afternoon trying to find ways to send documentation of my move to area that Verizon does not service. The links sent to me (three times) do not apparently work with Safari. I have used Chrome and can get to the website but I cannot upload my document as it marks it C/falsepath/file name. I have tried my iPhone and took a picture of it but the site still marks the file C/falsepath/----. I was given a email address from a Verizon rep but the email was returned "address unknown"--the address was contractcredit@verizon.com How is one supposed to get this document to Verizon?
