HBGO Sub-account issues

My primary account for HBOGO works fine. So did 2 of my Sub-accounts until today. All of the sudden they say

"To continue, you will need to become a HBO subscriber. HBO is available as part of the FiOS TV Prime package. Pleaseupgrade to this package now."

I am subscribed to HBO and the primary account works. But now after months of the sub accounts working I am getting the following error when trying to log into HBOGO. Any help would be wonderful!

P.S. yes the sub accounts have full access to all the settings within FIOS.

I'm seeing some other reports on other forums about authorization problems for subaccount for some premium streaming services. Just for grins, you might try disabling the subaccount access and then renabling it. All of my subaccount had parental control settings that were no -- not sure if this is related. MyVerizon seems messed up today though -- clicking some pages kicks me out and changing some access settings fail. Typical unfortunately.

Oh and I discovered that the website doesn't like IE10 (the functionality and notifications you receive when you do something don't always work), so if you're using IE10 make sure to turn on compatibility mode for the browser. Not sure if that's related to the permissions setting issues. And I suggest you log out of this forum before you try MyVerizon if you're using your Verizon ID to login to it. The web sties have some issues with authorization cookies that seem to complicate things further.
