I cant reach anyone at verizon and I ordered ARGO. The picture is terrible and I am not paying for this. The picture is breaking up. Why is this??? Can someone hel me???

NO I have called 3 times and they never answer the phone!!! I hate verizon!!!!
Well, we're finding it must be a buffering problem. If you pause it and start it back up it works for a bit. But don't leave it too long or you have to start from the beginning! Poor customer service to be sure.
