Technician to come hook up my building to FIOS - In neighborhood, but not my building

I am desperately trying to switch to FIOS from Comcast. I have called FIOS many times to try to have them send a technician to bring FIOS to my building. It seems to be in every building around mine except for mine. I am now reaching out on here to try to get a technician to contact me. I live in a multi-unit building (4 units), and I have the owner's permission for the install.

I'm confused. Maybe you can be more specific so I can understand. From the way I understand it, all of the buildings in a multiple dwelling unit have to be pre-wired so that the Verizion Fios service can be installed in the individual units upon the tenant's request. Maybe "pre-wired" isn't the right word but that's the only way I know how to describe it. So perhaps your building has to be "pre-wired" first or maybe the other buildings have been set up first but the provider hasn't gotten to your building yet?

This is how it worked in my complex, if this helps. My complex wasn't always set up for Verizon Fios but once my landlord signed an agreement with Verizon to allow it, techs from Verizon had to set up boxes and the wiring around the outside of the building and then go into everyone's apartment to feed the wiring through the bedroom closets so that if anybody wanted the Fios from that point on, tenants could order it and have it installed. And then when the day came for me to get the Fios, a team of techs had to come here to set up more boxes, one in my bedroom closet and a smaller one in my kitchen and to run the co-axial cables and more wiring through the cross base and that's when the all-day project happened. It's a pain and I never like having to clean up after these people who leave a mess behind.

What happens when you call Fios to try to get the service installed? What do they tell you?
