Verizon has been busy installing more cables in my neighborhood, and now there are 4 thick bundles of fat cables strung up across my windows, about 6 feet away and destroying the view. Where can I complain and requesst to have the cables moved higher to clear the window view? This is in Philadelphia in Francisville.
