DVR freezing during 3D playback

Hi,

Looks like a rash of others are having problems with regular playback, however my problem is with playing 3D content. I have a relatively new DVR box (Motorola 7216) which I am attempting to stream HBO 3D movies to my TV with. Once I have started the movie, I am unable to do anything with the box. It is unresponsive, and just keeps playing the movie until I physically walk over to the box and hit a button (any button) and it is then temporarily unfrozen. I can not, however, pause the content or resume.

Anyone know what needs to be done?

Please go to MENU, then CUSTOMER SUPPORT, then IN HOME AGENT, then SET TOP BOX AUTOCORRECTION. If this does not fix your problem, test non 3d movies to see if those On Demand playback freezes as well. If you need further assistance, please send me a private message so we can help further.
