$300 Visa Gift Card, Haven't received since July sigup

I signed up for a longer contract to get $300 visa gift card. They said I would get it after I paid my bill on time for 2 months. I just realized I never received it after viewing this forum and seeing other people claiming the same thing. What happened to my visa gift card?

I was already upset that my 50/25 internet couldnt stream Netflix in HD (ridiculous), but this and some other issues I've had are pushing me over the edge. I am about ready to cut the cord.
