I ordered service on the 22nd of April, and canceled the service on April 27th...BEFORE ANY SERVICE WAS EVER INSTALLED AT MY HOME!
I called last Monday and was told the security deposit would be refunded within 3-5 business days, because my service wasnt installed...I wouldnt have to wait the 60-90 days.
It is now officially the 6th business day, and my $250 has not been refunded to my credit card. PLEASE help...I have been tossed around on the phone between two departments (Customer Service and Financial Services) and they keep wanting to transfer me back to the other because both state they don't handle deposit refunds...
