A couple of times recently, I have been unable to watch television shows that are set to record. For example I have recorded and watched many episodes of the tv show "Revenge". Last week, when I went to watch the show, I got a message "This service is not authorized for playback (or recording).
I've just spent a half hour waiting on Verizon tech support via phone . . . . maybe I can get some faster answers here??
