Terrible service for account Security

I have been trying to get assistance with an unauthorized order on my account. I have used live chat twice and called account services and been disconnected twice. Live chat tells me to call, calling is pointless because they can't stay connected. All the information is noted on my account, I just want answers. This is about account SECURITY.
