Expired Prepaid card replacement

I have a $250 prepaid rewards card that expired. According to my card agreement I can get a new card for free if it expires but the number I am to call does not provide a way to do this nor a way to speak to a person. Meanwhile, Verizon is taking a service fee out of the account every month. Could you please give me a way to get a new card?
