Neighbor took down guy wire pole

Hi everyone,

This morning my neighborn cut down the guy wire pole between our properties. Two years ago when a new main pole was installed across the street the guy wire didn't get reattached. I called a couple of times but no one came. The pole was not in bad shape, maybe about 20 years old. I've told these neighbors several times that since the pole is Verizon property only Verizon can remove it. Now my fears are that somehow I'll get billed, and that they'll use it for firewood since they burn anything in their fire pit. Can anyone help?
