I can't reinstall VISS after installing Windows 8.12
Funny you should mention that. I had a language dll file corruption in the VISS and removed the program and could not install the program in a computer running windows seven and IE 11. Just for kicks I tried to download and install using google chrome. It worked. I wonder if you have a compatibility problem with IE 11. The dll file appeared to be corrupted after a windows update.
Might as well give it a try
