I tried to take advantage of the free flexview offer from verizon, but 10 minutes into my selection, the movie froze up and then stopped. A "network error" message appeared on the screen. Now when I go into my on demand library, it only gives me the option to resume the SD version of the movie even though I originally selected the HD version. If I want to watch the HD version I will now be charged $5.99. I have been on hold with tech support for a half hour and am about to give up.
