Rasing the wires in front of my house

Hello,

I live in Nassau County in Bellmore on Long Island and PSEG just came in and installed a new taller pole. This raised their wires, however we still have Verizon lines that need to be raised and moved to the new pole. Please let me know when this work can be completed.
