For some reason I cannot tune to FUNimation, channel 262. What happens is, I can enter the number, and the info for it comes up, but it does not change to that channel. Anyone have any solutions?

So far NOT impressed with the service here in the forums....I fixed the problem, I appreciate the lack of timely responses...
This is a peer-to-peer forum where customers who have experienced similar problems try to help each other. There are some VZ moderators of the forum who frequently take the initiative to try to work solutions by getting you in contact with the real Tech Support. Just curious - what was your eventual solution?
Reset the box by unplugging it and plugging it back in...
