$100 VISA Gift Card Promotion is not a VISA Card

I received a promotional offer to upgrade to Gigabit FIOS. It was to receive a $100 VISA gift card.
After months of trying to get it from online, and then trying to get it from over the phone I finally got it in the mail.

But...I received a VERIZON gift card. NOT a VISA gift card.

Please double check the promotion you think you're signing up for. It looks like many people thought they were signing up to get a $100 VISA gift card but they are instead receiving a gift card that can only be used at VERIZON Stores.
