Damaged utility pole

Hi I am not sure where else to turn but I already tried calling about this. I have a badly leaning utility pole outside my house. It is in the Pottstown PA area and has a metal plate with an old Bell Telephone tag on it. I am very concerned that it is going to fall on my house this winter if we get bad storms. Anyone know who to contact for real help?
