Hi,
There is a Verizon manhole cover outside my house that is loose and clanks every time a car drives over it. I'm on a busy street so the noise is nearly constant.
I've checked with the city--they won't touch it. Nobody I've talked to at Verizon seems to know who is responsible for this. Any ideas?
