There is a green Verizon cable box next to a railroad tie wall holding my driveway up. The wall is falling over and the box needs to be moved. Can someone from Verizon please contact me. Thanks.
Hello Jrrst ,While a Verizon employee may occasionally post here, this community is meant mainly for peer-to-peer support. If you need to talk to a Verizon representative, you should contact customer service directly at 1-800-VERIZON.
They can't move the box easily if at all.
This is because all of the connections running through it would have to be redone.
Unless you can show it is not located on a utility easement, they probably wont accomodate you.
