I'm unable to redeem my Samsung special offer. Verizon doesn't tell me where to find my special promo code in order to redeem the offer that they made me when I signed up with Verizon Fios Triple Play.

They've been giving me the run-around.

If you know how I can find my promo code please let me know. Thanks
