I recently moved. I wasn't going to continue my service at my new address, but when I called to cancel, the Verizon rep offered me a $100 gift card to keep the services. So I did. 90 days later, still no sign of my gift card. When I called customer service, they acted like they never herd of such an offer. Come on Verizon, honor your promises. In the Verizon forums, I see dozens of similar messages.
