We switched to Verizon approx. 3 mths ago and were promised a $200.00 VISA card. I have tried contacting Verison via several methods and have been totally unsuccessful except for the last email, attaching a "lost/stolen gift card dispute form". Its not LOST or STOLEN, its just never been received.
Is this just a scam to entice new customers ?
Needless to say our whole experience with Verizon has been completely unprofessional. The audio on TV drops out for 2 - 3 seconds randomly; the whole screen goes blank randomly for 2 seconds; and we pay for a landline we cannot USE due to no "copper cabling" ..
VERY disappointed all round ...
