Does Verizon really appreciate loyal customers?

Verizon needs to do more to assist their existing loyal customers in keeping their bills at a descent price. Do not wait until my contract is about to be over to give me a price just to try and keep me. If you really appreciate my loyalty please show it even before my contract is about to be over.

Why should they offer you a better deal when you are under contract?
That is the purpose of the contract.

You both agree to certain services for a particular price.

BTW, you can change you TV package while under contract with no penalty.

Just can't remove it.

And it is common for most service providers (not just cable) to offer better deals to new customers vs existing ones.
