I have been eligable for the samsung fios promo for almost 2 months i have not been able to use it it says the code is either expired or used already every time i call i get the same answers did you use all caps? did you go through the samsung website? did you sign into your verizon account? i have done it every way one of my calls they said they would escalate to IT I have spoken to supervisors and supervisors of supervisors Why is this so hard? anyone else in the same boat maybe we can join forces?
