Volume up no longer works for VZ P265 on Samsung smart tv

Remote worked fine for last year. 4 weeks ago the volume up stopped working. Ordered a new remote and still having same issue. All other functions work fine.

Curious. Are you able to volume up with the Samsung remote or by press the volume button on the TV? If so then we know it is not a TV defect. Here is one thing that you can try: Key Fix If your remote control is programmed for your TV, but the keys do not work correctly, then you can try using the Key Fix feature to fix the buttons. 1. Press and hold the * and OK buttons simultaneously. • The Red LED will blink twice and then stay on. 2. Press and hold the key that does not work correctly. The remote control will try a new code every second. 3. Once the TV responds correctly, release the button. 4. Press OK to save the current settings and finish programming your remote control.

This worked for my Element TV, where UP volume button was not working to control TV volume. Great solution!
