My service/ tv reception here in Parsippany NJ has been getting worse. Because of extream interferance, I cannot watch TV on any channel betweem 502 - 514. I have called the suuport hotline several times, they tell me it is a wiring problem and not their responsibility to fix. I live in a apartment complex and the installed wiring goes into the basement, a area in which I do not have access to. I find that your customer service is horriable and not at all customer friendly. I pay alot for this service and expect Verizon be responsable for their services. I feel it is up to Verizon to come to my location and check out their installation, no charge to me. Verizon does not need acces to my apartment unless your going to replace my set top box or the box in the bedroom. I feel if this issus is not resolved soon, I will be force to drop your service and go back to Optimum.
