I return equipment VIA the UPS label provided. It has confirmation that it was received on:
Friday, 06/13/2014 at 8:59 A.M.
Signed By: {edited for privacy}
But on 6/23/2014 still got a "Reminder to Return Old FiOS TV Equipment" email.
I also can't seem to find where on "My Verizon" where I can check what still pending on my account as far as returned equipment.
