i keep getting a vod_126 error when trying to watch video on demand. I've disconnected cable cords and unplugged cable box, please advise how to proceed...
I have the same issue but the error is VOD_124. Reboot did not fix.
Seems like there are a group of us with the same issue. I just got done with online tech support and he confirmed that I am part of an outage. I'm in VA. I just got done posting to another user who is having the same error as us. Someone from MD also chimed in with the same issue and also confirmed network issue. So at least it isn't on our end. We just have to wait for them to fix their issue...
Totally frustrated here in Owings Mills, MD. No VOD and no reason why. It may be fixed by Monday!!! Am I mistaken, but doesn't that mean the WEEKEND will be OVER???

I'm getting VOD_212 in Sterling, Virginia. We subscribe to all the movie channels and none of the video on demand is working.
Nassau County, NY same here. VOD 126.
I'll bet it will be corrected before the next billing cycle.
