TV Picture and Sound

I am experiencing intermittent scrambling of the picture and the sound. Neighbors who are on FIOS TV are also having the same issue. I think we need someone to check out the system in our neighborhood. It is very annoying to have the interference. Otherwise, the picture and sound are good.

Me too. Intermittent scrambled picture and audio. Very frequent. Minutes apart. Think Verizon is working on it coz phone call yields message "Outage in your area".

We are having the same problem. It is intermittent, started about a week ago, but has gotten worse. It is difficult to watch a program now as this is happening every few minutes now. It occurs on all channels and both units that we have, Also, we occasionally get knocked off wifi and have to reconnect. We are located in Lewisville, TX in the Castle Hills community.

I am going to contact support.

I am experienceing cut outs and pixalation on just about ever channel. Flowermound TX area.

We're having intermittened TV also......pixlization on the screen. sound cuts out and picture

Same issue here. I have seen it happening on a few channels. Primarily 621. I am located in Frisco, TX.

Hey Searay90, I'm also in Flower Mound area. I'm getting pretty bad pixelation every couple of minutes...sometimes non stop for 10 to 15 sec. Pretty excruciating at times. I first noticed it last night while watching the ncaa tournament. I don't think it's happening on all channels. Some channels seem just fine, but most of the major networks have been pretty bad.

Spoke with Verizon support and they said it could be up to 24 hours...they do not have root cause. Happening in Lantana as well....

Also in Flower Mound having lots of problems for days now.

It is very frustrating trying to watch the NCAA tournament.

We have rebooted everything several times with no changes.

Same problem in North Lewisville.... Very frustrating and getting worse. Now it freezes for a minute or more at a time.

We are having the same issue in Denton, TX. Intermittent scrambled picture and sound on each TV. Highly frustrating! Tried unplugging/resetting both the router and the set top boxes. Nothing has helped.

Can we please get a verizon representative to give an update? Just let us know you are aware of the issue and are working on it so that we don't have to individually contact support and tie up your phone lines?

I'm having the same problem in Plano, Tx. Started about a week ago...was about 3-4 times in 4 hours and now it happens about every 4-5 minutes often for 1-2 minutes per occurance.

Same issues here in Flower Mound. Tried contacting verizon support via internet, and support system reports unable to process my request. Syetm is probably overloaded. Then I called and stayed on hold for almost 45 minutes. Technician told us that we had a service outage in our area and that techs are working on it. When I told him the problem has been getting progressively worse over the last three days, he just gave me a ticket number. Sounds like verizon doesnt care about the issues enough to get the right people working on it. They wont adjust bill, so what do they care. Time to start looking into time warner again

Cheesehead from Flower Mound, have experienced same problem on all my sets, picture and sound breakup, Verizon frustrates me too much to try to contact a live person, will try tomorrow if problem persists. Remember when we could talk to live people???
