Installing Fios in a two family house

I got fios installed about a month ago, and now my friend up stairs is also going to get it. He currently has sattilite. Fios installed the ONT for my apartment in the basement/garage. Are they going to use that same ONT for the upstairs apartment or are they going to install another ONT for his apartment? How does that work. The thing is his wires seem to be on the outside of the house running to his apartment while mine are inside.

The other thing also is my upstairs friends wires run along the outside of the house while mine are inside.

So would they run a different fiber optic wire from the poll to the house for the upstairs or use the same one I am on?

If they use the same ONT how do they seperate out the two different bills?

I would be very surprised if they didn't run another fiber optic line, and install another ONT. The 2nd ONT is likely to be placed right next to the existing one. Placement of the ONT is largely determined by electrical code requirements, so there are not a lot of options in placement.

I won't hazard a guess about how they run the Coax from the ONT to the apartment, although they may choose to use the existing Coax if there is any, and it is in good condition.

The other possiblity is to replace the ONT with an MDU (multi-dwelling-unit) ONT, which can effectively provide an ONT for each unit. However I doubt that would be cost effective for only 2 units.
