DVR Recordings saved in multiple parts

When I go to view my recordings a single show shows up multiple times and each is just a piece sometimes only a minute of a show. It does not record a show into one single recording. Some small pieces of the show are missing with the multiple pieces. How can I get my recording to record all into one single show?

There is nothing you can do at your end as the problem is either hardware/firmware based. I have experienced this myself upon occasion the last few years, with a show usually in two parts, one being a few minutes long, and the second part the remainder of the time period. I just watch them in sequence. I suppose at some future date the issue will be resolved; but for me right now it is annoying to be sure, but not a game-stopper.
