UPs took a return package from me on 7/3/2021 to deliver to Alburtis Pa. from Monmouth NJ... It is still undelivered. IT has been sitting in Bethlehem Pa UPS since 7/7/2021... It is now 7/11/2021 !!
Why doesn't someone from Verizon pick it up ??
Because ups delivers to the vendor and Verizon more than likely doesn’t pick them up.
I received parcels from different places where they are only a state away. And yet they are sent all over the country. How they send packages from New Jersey to New York via Ohio, Kentucky and Conn. is beyond me.
I have the same issue. It’s been over a month and my return is still sitting in Alburtis, Pa. I am now being charged for the unreturned equipment. I have tracking numbers and receipts from UPS but Verizon will not update my account to say equipment has been returned. I’ve spoken with customer service a couple of times already and they’ve assured me that I will not be charged.
Was you ever charged I’m going through the same thing got a email saying it wasn’t returned and I’m being charged tracking says it’s been there almost three a weeks
Same Issue. Returned equipment, got UPS tracking number confirming Delivered to Alburtis, PA but received an email charging me $200 for unreturned equipment. They are now trying to correct this. I Googled the delivery address and it is a Ryder Hub of some sort. Somebody at Verizon is really bad at their job.
I just had the same issue, they credit back to my account $220 for the internet box I sent back to them, call Verizon and tell them to check this address for your package 411 railroad st. Emmaus, Pa 18049 phone number 610-966-9984 my package is there waiting on Verizon to pick it up, and it’s been sitting there since September 27 2024
It's 2025, and I have the same issue. Verizon sent the shipping instructions to my local UPS store and I took the wireless box to that location. They successfully delivered the box to the Alburtis location. I have a POD. Get an email showing I need to return the equipment. Customer Service has no record of the return. Currently on phone discussing the issue. If this is a known issue, why hasn't it been resolved.
does anyone have the full name and address for the recipient for the Alburtus facility.
I have similar issue and UPS won't gibe me POD (since this from last year) without that
