I am new to this forum, and here is what verizon did to me, recently got new triple play from verizon, and they included a free digital adapter, the technician came on the day of installation didn't hand over the digital adapter to me, so I have to ask the customer care about that and they said they will send one over and now they are charging me for shipping charges, how can you do that, let me know any corporate complaint email ID to let them know my concern.
