I redeemed my 2 $100 gift cards in March, they were never sent to my email (Status stuck on Pending). I then talked to a representative who stated that they would be mailed out in May, but it has been 2 months from then and I haven’t received anything. Just one big runaround with representatives on the MyFios app and Rewards representatives. Will be switching service this week, this is ridiculous!!!
