For work reasons I need to leave the United States and I want to cut my products with VERIZON
What do I do?
Call 1-800-VERIZON
or the customer service number on your invoice.
make sure you have a confirmation written from Verizon.
you can also go to a Verizon corporate store with any devices owned by Verizon and cancel that way. Again get a receipt for the equipment and for the cancellation.
and cancel prior to the new start date of your service.
Keep in mind that you will probably have to pay an ETF if you are under contract.
